SHORT NOTICE - The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in honor at the Dignified Transfer for US Army SPC, Leah Carlene Knowlton, on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 8:45AM at Denver International Airport.
SPC Knowlton joined the US Army Reserves on April 1, 2009. She received the Watercraft Operator MOS and subsequently deployed to Kuwait from July, 2017 until May, 2018 with the 824th TC CO in Morehead, NC. Following her deployment, she moved to Colorado and joined the 324th PSYOP CO. She died on January 20, 2021 at the age of 28.
We will stage at the Final Approach facility, 7680 North Wenatchee Street, Denver, 80249, at 8:00AM. The Final Approach is located across the parking lot from the Phillips 66 Station. We will hold our briefing at 8:10AM and depart for the SWA Cargo Facility by 8:20AM. Plan to stage at the Southwest corner of the parking lot of the Final Approach. Please have a facial covering accessible, around your neck, in case appropriate distancing cannot be maintained.
