The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in honor at the Interment Service for Michael John Violette at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Blvd., Denver, 80236, on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 1:30PM, Committal Shelter B.
Mr. Violette served as a Longmont Police Officer from 1993 until 2009. Prior to that, he was a 911 Dispatcher from 1985 until 1993. From 1973 until 1981 he was an Air Traffic Controller, at the facility in Longmont. He also served in the US Air Force from 1966 until 1968.
12:45PM - Stage at the Fort Logan Visitors Center 1:00PM - Mission Briefing 1:15PM - Depart for Committal Shelter B in order to form Flag Line Jim Foss will serve as Ride Captain. I will be honored to attend and will bring Flags. At Fort Logan, during Staging until departure for the Committal Shelter, please have a facial covering around your neck so that it may be put in place if the six foot spacing buffer is encroached. During the Interment Service at the Committal Shelter, while standing in the Flag Line, a facial covering must be in place (over nose and mouth) and six foot spacing should be maintained.
