Thirty days have passed since we initially communicated our requirements as they relate to the Coronavirus. Following are the revised Colorado PGR guidelines:
Under no circumstances should a member attend if they feel ill and, most importantly, if they have an elevated temperature. As a reminder, the wearing of face masks is strongly recommended by the CDC at all public events. We will maintain distancing of at least six feet, limit the number of attendees, currently set at ten. The requirements for face coverings will be determined at the missions or events and based on circumstances, however, face coverings should be immediately accessible, around the neck, so they can be put in place if we are approached by Interment/Funeral Service attendees.
Our members will be responsible to maintain the six foot spacing requirements, at all times, even when obtaining a Flag, returning the Flag and during the briefing. When the Service is over, the Flags should be "rolled" and placed in the vehicle that transported them. The member who provided the Flags will be responsible for returning them to storage and the Flag poles should be disinfected after each use.
