Sincere appreciation for the US Army career and Vietnam service of Al Harrison. He continued his commitment to his bothers and sisters in arms as a long term member of the Colorado PGR. Al was, obviously, very dedicated to his wife. We would have a chance to see him during his frequent visits to Marianne's grave. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and his extended "PGR family".
I wish to send my sincere condolences and prayers to the family and friends of SSG Alan "Al" W Harrison a Vietnam US Army Hero and well respected member of the Patriot Guard Riders. I am grateful for the services that he provided us, in the past, so we can enjoy the freedoms we have today. I know you will be missed by your extended military and Patriot Guard families, and me. Rest in Pease.

Prayers going up to the families and many friends of SSG Al Harrison for Comfort and Peace that only He can give at times like this. May his soul now Rest In Honored Peace beneath the green carpet of grass in a Nation he helped to keep free. "If we cannot do him honor while he's here to hear the praise, Then at least let's give him homage at the ending of his days, Perhaps just a simple headline in a paper that would say, Our Country is in mourning, for a Soldier died today."
To the family of Alan, I extend my deepest condolences to you all on the loss of this Hero. I considered Alan a good friend, had many conversations with him over the past few years during our PGR Missions. He will be deeply missed by us all. Welcome Home Al, rest now in well deserved peace.
