The Colorado Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to ride and stand in honor for Delos Howard, US Army Veteran and fellow PGR member for his service and interment on Thursday, 24 June.
A Procession will leave Angelus Funeral Home at 9:00AM for Pikes Peak National Cemetery. The PGR has been invited to ride in the procession.
8:15AM Stage, Angelus Funeral Home, 1104 S. Circle Dr., Colorado Springs, 80910
8:30AM Route and Safety Brief
8:45AM Stage Bikes for Procession
9:00AM Depart
Interment at Pikes Peak National Cemetery is scheduled for 10:00AM. For those in cages or who prefer not to ride in the procession, please stage as follows:
9:15AM Stage, PPNC, SE of the Admin Building
9:30AM Relocate to Honor Guard Building
9:45AM Brief and prepare to set Flag Line
Bikes in the procession, depending on what time we arrive, will join at stageing location or meet at Honor Guard Building.
'Damnit Jim' Balcerovich will serve as Ride Captain for the Procession.
Rich 'Honor Man' Blackaby and 'Damnit Jim' Balcerovich will serve as RC's at PPNC.
Flags will be provided.

I wish to send my sincere condolences and prayers to the family and friends of Delos Howard a US Army veteran and well respected member of the Patriot Guard. He stood with us countless times to show honor to veterans and active duty. I am grateful for the services that he provided us, in the past, so we could honor other veterans that have past. Stand down your mission is over. I will be honored to escort and stand for Delos and will bring PGR flag.

I am deeply saddened to hear about Delos' passing, and my deepest sympathy go out to his family and friends. Though I have not seen him in a while, I always enjoyed swapping scuba diving stories with him at missions, and I will miss him. I will be honored to ride and stand for our brother, Delos. RIP my friend.
