It is time for our Fall roadside cleanup. Our adopted section of highway is 12 miles south of Franktown and is the two mile section of Highway 83 between markers 38 and 40. Let's plan to meet by 9:30AM on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the entrance to the Cherry Valley Elementary School. This school is located at marker 38 on the east side of the highway. It usually takes about 90 minutes to complete our work.
Please wear high visibility clothing, although I will have a number of safety vests. Bring work gloves and a pick up tool if you have one. I will bring some extra pick up tools and will have plenty of bottled water. I will also have garbage bags that have been supplied by CDOT.
The weather forecast looks favorable. The temperature will be somewhat cool, when we start, with a projected high of 70 degrees.
Thanks in advance for your participation and your help in keeping Colorado's roads clean.

Thanks to the thirteen members who came out, yesterday, to remove trash from our adopted section of Highway 83.
Ruth and I will be there.
I'll be there.
