On October 31, 2020, the Colorado PGR hosted the Fifth Annual Toy Run to collect toys and gifts for families of fallen service members. All the donations went direct to the Tragedy Assistance Program/Survivor Outreach Services (TAPS/SOS) operation on Fort Carson, which serves all military branches and covers a five state region.
Jim Balcerovich has taken the lead on this important event since it's inception and has had great support and assistance from a number of our Southern Colorado members and leadership. This year, the Toy Run collected toys, gifts and gift cards with a value of approximately $2,600.00. An outstanding accomplishment during a year with many challenges.
