The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in honor at the Interment Service for James Michael Penka at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Blvd., Denver, 80236, on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 2:15PM, Committal Shelter C.
Mr. Penka was born on February 16, 1944 and died on September 17, 2020 at the age of 76. He was a Veteran of the US Air Force.
1:30PM - Stage at the Fort Logan Visitors Center
1:45PM - Mission Briefing
2:00PM - Depart for Committal Shelter C in order to form Flag Line
Kathy "Rat" Goldstein will serve as Ride Captain.
Ken "Nick" Nicholas will bring Flags.
At Fort Logan, during Staging until departure for the Committal Shelter, please have a facial covering around your neck so that it may be put in place if the six foot spacing buffer is encroached. During the Interment Service at the Committal Shelter, while standing in the Flag Line, a facial covering MUST be in place (over nose and mouth) and six foot spacing MUST be maintained.
