Please join me in thanking and congratulating Jim Balcerovich, of Colorado Springs, who has agreed to take on the role of Colorado PGR Assistant State Captain. Actually, he has really been functioning in that capacity for some time, but, now carries the title that matches his duties and responsibilities. Jim is a long term and valuable member who has been a Ride Captain and Moderator for much of that time. You likely realize that Jim posts most of the Missions that take place in Southern Colorado. He works full time, so, his ongoing commitment to our Organization is a challenge, but, very greatly appreciated.
