It is time for our Fall roadside cleanup. Our adopted section of highway is 12 miles south of Franktown and is the two mile section of Highway 83 between markers 38 and 40. Let's plan to meet by 9:30AM on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the entrance to the Cherry Valley Elementary School. This school is located at marker 38 on the east side of the highway. It usually takes about 90 minutes to complete our work.
Please wear high visibility clothing, although I will have a number of safety vests. Bring work gloves and a pick up tool if you have one. I will bring some extra pick up tools and will have plenty of bottled water. I will also have trash bags that have been supplied by CDOT.
The weather forecast looks favorable. The temperature will be about 50 degrees when we start, with a projected high of 70 degrees.
Thanks in advance for your participation and your help in keeping Colorado's roads clean.

Thanks to the thirteen members (including Rufus) who participated in the clean up or our adopted two mile section of highway 83. It now looks marvelous.
