The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in honor at the Interment Service for Richard S. Turja at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Blvd., Denver, 80236, on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 11:00AM, Committal Shelter A.
Mr. Turja was born on January 2, 1950 and died on April 17, 2020 at the age of 70. He served in the US Army from 1969 until 1974 and was a Vietnam Veteran. He earned a Purple Heart during his Vietnam Service.

At Fort Logan, during Staging until departure for the Committal Shelter, please have a facial covering around your neck so that it may be put in place if the six foot spacing buffer is encroached. During the Interment Service at the Committal Shelter, while standing in the Flag Line, a facial covering MUST be in place (over nose and mouth) and six foot spacing MUST be maintained.
