The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to stand in honor at the Interment Service for Jerry Dale Phillips at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Blvd., Denver, 80236, on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 3:15PM, Committal Shelter C.
Mr. Phillips was born on December 18, 1948 and died on May 27, 2021 at the age of 72. He served in the US Army, in Vietnam, with the 82nd Army Airborne.
