For the family and friends of Tom "T-Bone" Thumser I hope that you will find peace and comfort knowing that T-Bone made and difference and will be missed. I stood many Flag Lines with T-Bone and I counted him among those I call friend, but more than that he was one of the few I called Brother.
Brother T-Bone, stand down your time on the flag line has been completed, I will miss your your warm smile and greeting when we gather for missions in the future. I will always remember the first mission you and I stood together in Loveland in the rain. I remember that it was a very short notice mission and until you drove up I thought I would be the only PGR there. The times when we would go for a bite to eat after the mission was done will be missed most of all. So long my Brother rest easy and I will look forward to seeing your smile again when I move over to the other side
I wish to send my sincere condolences and prayers to the family and friends of Tom 'T-Bone' Thumser a well respected member and Ride Captain of the Patriot Guard. I am grateful for the services that was provided us, in the past, so we could honor the veterans that past.

Sorry to say I will be out of town. You are one of the best Tom and you will be missed
Tom thought very highly of his PGR family and he spoke often about our organization. He was assigned to Northern Colorado for his Ride Captain duties. He was a very kind person who cared about others, which he demonstrated often. He will be greatly missed. I offer my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
Tom, we all miss you. Had some good times and fun times. I grabbed my water bottle and you tried to get me to spill it, the joke was on you that time.
Another time when we were at Logan, my walkervtipped over back wards with me sitting on it, grateful I wasn't hurt, and the fact you didn't see it happen, but you did see me on the ground. You said I looked like a "turtle" Very funny. LOL.
Not ready to say goodbye.
WILL MISS YOU.
